When you create an account at Bargain Spy you will receive a unique computer generated password by email within minutes.

You'll need to use this password in conjunction with your chosen username to gain access to our deal database links and the many new features coming to Bargain Spy.

Once you are logged in to the website you can change the password to something easier to remember.

Not Received Your Password?

This is often a problem when you sign up for an account and don't type your email address in correctly. We get hundreds of bad accounts every week. Please take care when typing in your email address, otherwise you wont get your password email sent. Re-requesting your password wont work either, as your email address is still incorrect.

If this is the case you can either contact us straight away and we will correct the error for you. We may from time to time go through the bad accounts and fix the errors if they are obvious, we will then forward the original email to your correct email address. This can take up to a week though.

Forgotten Your Password?

We are unable to tell you what your password is, we don't keep a copy of your password here. You will need to request a new password to be sent out to your email address.

Password Not Working?

Some new users have difficult logging in with their username and password. As everything is automated there is no human error possibility at the server end. Please bare in mind the following points when you are having log in problems:

• Usernames and passwords are care sensitive. Please make sure you enter them exactly as they are written in the email we sent you.
• If you copy and paste text from an email in to the text boxes, make sure you do not leave white space at the start of end of the text.
• Check that you do not have CAPS LOCK enabled before typing
